Saturday, February 13, 2010, was our most productive work session so far. Thanks to mentors Bill Hale, Mike Mason, Don Purpura and Doug Wolfe, and to parents Paul Cairns, Scott Worrell, Gilbert Guevara and Marty Carr, big gains were made in design and construction of the two soccer ball kickers and the robot bumpers. Mrs. Guevara served a delicious lunch of homemade pasta with meat sauce, salad, tangerines and brownies that got us through a long day.
Sunday, February 14, is a work day for us also, beginning at 12 noon, and Monday, Presidents’ Day, will be as well, beginning at 10 AM.
