Certification

Adults working with students must be certified by the school through an official process established by the administration. Please follow these steps if you wish to become certified:

• Download This Packet
• Complete the steps listed on the first page:
  • Volunteer Personnel Form: For “Volunteer Position” list “Robotics”
  • Complete Shield the Vulnerable Training and print certificate.
  • Complete a Live Scan (Fingerprinting)
  • Complete Driver Certification Form
  • Complete Adult Release and Medical Form
  • Sign the Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement
• Return Completed Paperwork to Helen Aguilar in the Front Office
